Mike Jones
Director & Founder
Mike is an organisational psychologist, systems thinking practitioner and strategy advisor, working across the public and private sectors on complex strategic and organisational challenges where conventional approaches fall short.
Before consulting, he served in the British Army as a soldier, leading teams in high-stakes environments. He also hosts the Strategy Meets Reality podcast.
Senior Partner
Patrick specialises in using systems approaches for working with large, complex organisations, including whole sectors. He has worked on many strategies and restructuring projects, analysing structural weaknesses, and designing appropriate solutions and practical change plans.
Patrick is an established author on systems, organisations and management.

Olga Vysotska is a Psychometrician specialising in the diversity of personality, working with individuals and teams across the private and public sectors. She helps people navigate work-related stress in high-pressure environments.
Olga is a visiting lecturer at KLC School of Design, and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Simon has worked as a management consultant for over thirty years across the public and private sectors, specialising in strategy, financing and large-scale organisational change. He has led client-facing consulting operations across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa for organisations including Arthur D. Little, Deloitte, Nortel, Lucent, Nokia and CSC.
Simon is also a visiting lecturer for Systems Practice.

Julia is a team coach, facilitator and business psychologist with experience across healthcare, financial services, energy, telecommunications and professional services. She has held senior HR, L&D and change leadership roles in organisations including Virgin, GE and Orange in the UK and internationally.
She brings over three decades of leadership and business psychology experience to team, leadership and talent development, and is an expert in employee voice and employee listening.

Nikita is a Personality Psychology specialist with extensive experience in psychometrics, applying insights across coaching, education, and team development.
He is a visiting lecturer at Saïd Oxford, HEC, HULT, and Kingston Business Schools. Nikita is also a co-author of the book "Personality: A User’s Guide".

Gavin works with organisations and partnerships to apply systems approaches to complex improvement challenges, primarily in local government and multi-agency settings. He brings experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
He has designed and delivered systems leadership programmes for over 500 practitioners, translating complexity into practical learning and action.
